about me

context & perspective

Hi, I’m Vasiliki, an integrative counsellor based in London, offering online and in-person therapy for adults. I provide a grounded, compassionate and relational space to explore anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, life transitions, relationship and workplace challenges neurodivergence, and addiction. My approach blends psychodynamic, person-centred, existential and solution-focused ideas, meeting you where you are and supporting you at your own pace.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent over a decade working in creative and corporate environments, giving me first-hand insight into the pressures many adults face when balancing work, relationships and personal wellbeing. Having also lived across different countries and cultures, I understand how complex identity, belonging and self-expression can feel, and I offer an inclusive space where you can explore what it means to live more authentically. I also volunteer as a counsellor in addiction services and deliver sessional counselling to women within the third sector.
