Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Some sessions may feel reflective, giving space to pause and notice what arises; others may feel more exploratory, focusing on new perspectives or ways of responding. There is no set formula – the pace and direction will be guided by what feels right for you.
Before we begin, I offer an introductory call so we can get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good fit.
If you decide to continue, the number of sessions is something we will agree on together – some people come for a few weeks, others prefer longer-term work.
You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say. Even moments of silence or uncertainty can be meaningful. What matters is that this is your space – a place to be heard without judgement and to explore what you choose to bring.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. I offer in-person counselling in Shoreditch & Aldgate and online therapy across the UK, both in English and Greek.
Walk-and-talk sessions are also available by discussion, depending on your needs and preferences.
Session fees
- Online: £60 per session
- In person (Shoreditch & Aldgate): £70 per session
- I offer a number of reduced-fee spaces for students or individuals on low income.
