About me

Before retraining as a counsellor, I spent over a decade working in creative and corporate environments. These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the challenges many adults face when juggling work, relationships, and personal wellbeing.
Having also lived across different countries and cultures, I understand the complexity of identity, belonging, and the courage it takes to be your authentic self.

My approach is integrative and centred around you: blending psychodynamic, person-centred, existential and solution-focused approaches in a way that supports your unique story, present experience and goals

Clients often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about who they are or what they want from life. Others might seek support with low self-esteem, identity, creative burnout, or the impact of ADHD and neurodivergence on their confidence or daily routines. Together we can explore what lies beneath these experiences, working towards clarity, self-acceptance and more authentic ways of living.

Alongside my private practice, I volunteer as a counsellor supporting people affected by addiction. This work has deepened my understanding of how self-esteem, relationships and emotional wellbeing are interconnected, and how important compassion, patience and self-awareness are in creating lasting change.
